You have come to us because you have heard that we may be able to help you enhance your appearance by removing unwanted hair, rejuvenating skin that has been damaged by excessive sun exposure, or tightening skin features caused by the passage of time. You may have unsightly spider veins, a tattoo, or unwanted skin lesions, such as moles, warts or skin tags that you would like to remove.
We do offer these services, but our primary goal is to provide a place where you can come in privacy to carefully and clearly discuss your options, including both the risks and benefits of each procedure you might be considering. We want all your questions answered prior to consenting to any treatment. Another important goal is safety, because, while the risks are low in the procedures we offer, they are not zero. We have a well-trained and experienced staff and we want each and every patient to be happy with the results of their treatments. Our staff includes:
Dr. James L. Edwards, M.D., who has had a private family practice for over thirty years and has been doing laser aesthetics for over six years. He oversees all the treatments and consults on any patients or concerns that he is not directly treating. He personally does the laser vein treatments, brown spot removal and other skin lesions such as moles, warts and skin tags. He also administers the Botox injections.
Marti Edwards, R. N., wife of Dr. Edwards, assists him by performing the skin rejuvenation procedures for which she is highly trained. She does the microdermabrasion, hair removal, tattoo removal, Laser Genesis, and the Titan treatments.
Our friendly receptionist, Marilyn Cook, is extremely knowledgeable about our treatments and will be able to answer many of your questions even before you arrive.
